If Fresh Notch isn’t for you, you get your money back.

Within 14 days

Within 14 days of buying, you can have a full refund, no questions asked. Write to [email protected] from the email you bought with, or include your order number. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Polar, our merchant of record. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

If something is wrong after that, for example Fresh Notch stopped working on your Mac and we can’t fix it, write to us anyway. We look at each case and refund when it’s fair.

What happens to the licence

A refund ends the licence: the key stops working on every Mac it was activated on, the next time the app checks it. The app then works as it does after the trial: the readings carry on, and reminders and advice pause.
